Get in touch
Tracely is made by one person. Every message goes straight to the developer, so please write in plain language and include as much detail as you can.
Email: bjoern.schefzyk@gmail.com
Response time: usually a few days.
You can also reach this address from inside the app: Settings → Contact Support, which opens a pre-addressed email.
Reporting a problem
If something went wrong, it helps a lot to include:
- What you said or tapped, and what happened instead of what you expected
- Your iOS version and iPhone model
- The Tracely version and build (Settings → About)
- A screenshot, if the problem is something you can see
Please don't include health details you'd rather not share by email — a description of the behaviour is almost always enough.
Common questions
Why does Tracely need a connection?
Turning what you say into a structured entry is done by an AI service, which runs online rather than on your iPhone. Without a connection, your words are still saved as a plain transcript — nothing is lost, it just isn't sorted into symptoms, food and medication yet.
Where is my data stored?
Your diary lives on your iPhone and in your iCloud account. It is never sold, and there are no ads or tracking. The AI service does not store your words or train on them. See the Privacy Policy for the full picture.
It got a symptom, food or medication wrong.
Every entry is editable. Open the day, tap the entry, and correct the name, severity, dose or time. Your original words are kept exactly as you said them and are never overwritten.
Can I use it in German?
Yes. You can speak German or English, and Tracely understands relative times like "yesterday evening" or "gestern Abend".
How do I delete my data?
To delete a single entry, open the day in the Log, tap the entry, and use the delete button there. Individual symptoms, meals or medications inside an entry can be swiped away one at a time. To remove everything, delete the app from your iPhone and remove its data from iCloud in Settings → Apple Account → iCloud. If you'd like help, email the address above.
Feature requests
Ideas are genuinely welcome — a lot of what's in Tracely came from people describing how they actually track their symptoms. Send them to the same email address.
A note on medical advice
Tracely organizes what you tell it. It does not diagnose, give medical advice, or make decisions about your health, and support cannot answer medical questions. Please talk to a doctor about your symptoms.
