Terms of Use

TL;DR: Tracely is a health diary, not a doctor. It's provided "as is," the AI can be wrong, and you're responsible for your own health decisions. Use it fairly, don't abuse the service, and note that German law applies.

Accepting these terms

By using Tracely you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the app. Tracely is developed by Bjorn Schefzyk, Berlin, Germany (see the Imprint).

What Tracely is — and isn't

Tracely helps you keep a spoken health diary and spot possible patterns in it. It is not medical advice, not a medical device, and not a diagnosis. It does not replace a doctor, pharmacist, or other qualified professional. The AI that structures and analyses your entries can make mistakes or miss things. Always seek professional advice for medical concerns, and never delay or ignore that advice because of something the app showed you.

Your responsibilities

You're responsible for your own health decisions and for how you use what the app shows you.
Enter information accurately if you want useful results.
Don't misuse the service — for example, no attempts to overload, reverse-engineer, or repurpose the structuring service as a general-purpose AI, no unlawful use, and no interfering with its operation.
You need to be at least 16 to use Tracely.

Your data and content

Your diary content is yours. It lives on your device and in your own private iCloud — see the Privacy Policy for exactly how it's handled. You're responsible for keeping your own device and Apple Account secure.

"As is", no warranty

Tracely is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, to the extent permitted by law. We don't promise the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that its output will be accurate or complete.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, the developer is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of Tracely. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited (such as for intent or gross negligence, or for injury to life, body, or health under mandatory German law).

Changes and availability

The app and these terms may change over time, and the service may be paused or discontinued. We'll post material changes to these terms on this page with a new "last updated" date.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany, excluding its conflict-of-law rules. Mandatory consumer-protection rights of your country of residence remain unaffected.
